Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Armage LLC, a limited liability company organised in Florida (“Armage”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the website at arm-age.com and its pages, forms and content (the “site”).

If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Our Privacy Statement explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.

The site describes what Armage does. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services, a price commitment or a guarantee of results.

We provide services only under a written agreement signed by Armage and the client. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails. Sending us a form or an email does not create a client relationship, a partnership or an employment relationship.

Content on the site, including articles written with or about doctors and other professionals, is general information. It is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and it does not create a doctor–patient or any other professional relationship.

Always seek the advice of a qualified professional about your own situation. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

Do not send patient, medical or other health information through the site. Armage does not process patient data.

You may use the site to learn about Armage, read our content and contact us. You must not:

• break, bypass or test our security, except as our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy allows;
• interfere with the site, overload it or attack it, including by denial of service;
• upload or send malware, or anything unlawful, harmful or infringing;
• send spam, or send forms in bulk or with automated tools;
• impersonate anyone, or give false information about who you are or whom you represent;
• send personal data about others unless you are entitled to share it;
• use the site in a way that breaks any law or the rights of others.

We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

Search engines and AI systems are welcome to crawl and index the site. Our robots.txt file states the automated uses we permit, and it forms part of these Terms.

Automated access must follow robots.txt, identify itself honestly and not degrade the site for other visitors. Automated tools must not submit our forms.

The site and its content, including text, graphics, video, design, code, and the Armage name and logo, belong to Armage LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may:

• view the site and print or save pages for your own reference;
• link to any public page;
• quote short extracts, with attribution to Armage and a link to the source.

You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you or your products, or present our content as your own.

You are responsible for what you send us and confirm it is accurate and that you are entitled to send it. You allow us to use it to reply to you and for the purposes in our Privacy Statement.

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the site. We can agree confidentiality terms before you share anything sensitive. Ideas or suggestions you send without such an agreement are not treated as confidential, and we may use them without any obligation to you.

The site may link to websites and services run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Armage and its members, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the extent the law allows, you will indemnify Armage against claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about the site or these Terms.

If you use the site as a consumer, nothing in this section removes protections that the law of your country or state gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from that date, and continuing to use the site means you accept them.

• If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger or sale of assets.
• These Terms, with the Privacy Statement, are the whole agreement between you and Armage about the site. Signed agreements for our services are separate.
