For a group of 3 to 10 physicians
Presence is priced per physician. A group usually starts with one: the physician whose name patients and referring doctors already search for. When the whole group needs it at once, with a newsroom and referral paths on your domain, that is a Programme, from $5,200 a month plus $7,500 build, scoped and quoted after a twenty-minute mapping call.

Questions
Is Presence for one physician or the whole group?
One physician per plan. Most groups start with the physician patients and referring doctors already ask for by name. Covering several physicians at once is a Programme, quoted after a call.
How much of the physician’s time does it take?
One recording session to start, then a review of each piece before it goes out. Nothing publishes until the physician approves it.
Does Armage handle patient information?
No. Presence publishes the physician’s expertise, not patient records, and nothing with patient information is accepted.
Can we cancel?
Yes. The plan renews monthly or yearly until canceled; the Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out what is refunded.
